Art of the Event brought to life this Block Party Bar Mitzvah in a multiple roomed area at WGBH. Our team used draping to section off rooms. We created an entryway using road sides to begin the block party theme. Black furniture was used in a bar and lounge area and was paired with truss decor. In the kids area, AOTE brought in a red lounge, personalized cubbies, and round low tops with gray liens. To point attendees in the correct direction, AOTE had custom direction panels installed into a glow column. A specially made logo for the bar mitzvah was printed on tables, signs, and more through the main room. Dining tables had a lego and roadway top to match the customized street floor. A circular buffet station was the center of glass tables with yellow flower centerpieces and hedge inserts. The block party was tied together with a stary night mood from our string lights ceiling treatment.
