Our destination management company (DMC) is one of our teams in-house that handles all the management needs. You won’t have to worry about finding the best entertainment, caterers, tours, registration staff, and transportation the industry has to offer, we’ll take care of that for you! 


Art of the Event has come up with the resources to help you put on a safe social distancing event. We offer safe space consultation to clients to put together the best safety layout for a meeting space, office building, venue, or other institution. We also offer floorplan generation services for those who need it.

Services that we offer to put on safe events and gatherings include:

  • Safety instructions in pamphlets, table tents, and kits for employees and guests
  • Room dividers, screens, and walls for planned social distancing
  • Branded social distancing guides. These guides can be made as stickers via floor, wall, or column wraps. They can assist people as they move through the space so that everyone is walking in the correct direction and keeping their distance from others. 
  • Safety tools and equipment. We will order plenty of hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves. We also offer temperature monitoring equipment. This equipment includes facial recognition technology that can detect if someone is sick and should be sent home. This all can happen without one having to touch anything.
